What is Zuri Design returns policy?

If you receive your order and wish to return any items please inform us within 48 hours. If you wish to return them and there is no fault to the items, the carriage cost will be payable by yourself, the customer. If the item is damaged in transit or faulty, please notify us immediately and we will arrange a credit for you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

If we have the items in stock we will send out your order within 3-5 working days or to the date you request. We can generally send within 3 days but if you require any stock urgently just let us know. We will always keep you informed by email or a phone call as to the exact date your order will be delivered.

How do I pay for my order and when?

If you are a new customer your first order is payable when placed. Thereafter 30 days credit will be offered. (We will request a customer registration to be completed online). We also offer a 5% discount to customers who wish to pay online immediately and benefit from this discount. Payment can be made through our online card payment facility, paypal or by sending a cheque or BACS payment.

What is the minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value.

What are the carriage costs (including carriage paid order value)?

Orders up to £150 – charge of £9.95
£150- £250 – charge of £12
£250 and over – carriage FREE order value
The above rates are for England, Scotland, Wales, Delivery rates for Northern Ireland and Ireland will be quoted for at time of order, and we will search for the most cost effective carriage.

What point of sale information is available?

We have A5 printed point of sale cards available for different product types. Our jewellery is available with recycled brown euro cards. We can also have these cards printed with your own shops contact details and stating that you are working in partnership with Zuri Design. Recycled ornaments come with recycled string card. We are working to improve our point of sale and will have new cards printed very soon.

What if some of my order is damaged in transit?

Please carefully check all of your order as soon as you can. If the box looks damaged when you receive it please let the courier know and write ‘unchecked’ when you sign for it. If you find damaged items please call or email us as soon as you can and within 48 hours. We may ask you to send the damaged items back or an image but be assured we will credit or replace the items quickly.

Are we VAT registered?

We are no longer VAT registered.
