This soapstone bowl is hand carved and sanded before being painted and engraved.

This bowl is colourfully sponge painted both on the inside and outside. Finally it is waxed and polished. It is made is Kisii, Western Kenya by Art Safi Self Help Group. It is for decorative use only. Assorted colours.
